Resolved redirect from non-WWW to WWW nginx

Hello everybody
i have been using non-ww for a while now, and when i go to (Hosting Settings-Preferred domain WWW) i get this error:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to www.example.com.

    This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

any idea how to reslove it?
i have tried to change to Apache then back to Nginx, i have tried to rebuild website configurations also.

is DNS working, means: Does it resolve the www-Address to the same IP as the one without?

yes sure, it is on Cloudflare.com
A record for WWW does resolve the same domain name
i have no problem connecting to my website when i digit: www.example.com it redirect to example.com

it was my fault, I haven't noticed the .htaccess file that Wordpress has created before, so after the deleting of the Wordpress, it worked
