Relay didn't work

From 1 week ago our client's can't relay anymore. We didn’t change anything at our server.
They relay settings checked are:
- MailEnable/Integrated authentication
- Allow relay for privileged IP rages where I have put all they local IP addresses and 127.0.0.1

Mails send from our web server works but nobody can relay with authentication
