• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Removed Application - residual files and directories

quark

Basic Pleskian
Version: Plesk Onyx v17.5.3_build1705170317.16 os_CentOS 7
OS: CentOS Linux 7.3.1611 (Core)

1. I have installed Presta Shop 1.7.0 in three different directories: /, /devel and /zone1
2. I updated them to 1.7.2 using My Apps
3. I removed all three from Applications -> My Apps
4. If I push Scan button appear a lot of files from previous installed directories
5. If I browse the httpdocs I can find a lot of sub-directories (from PrestaShop installation) which are not deleted in /, /devel and /zone1 directories. The name and number of sub-directories from each location are not the same.

Is it OK this behavior?
