  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi hardbrasil,

Investigation results:
Code:
Status: HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently
Server:    nginx
Date:    Fri, 09 Jun 2017 20:37:09 GMT
Content-Type:    text/html
Content-Length:    178
Connection:    close
Location:    http://www.next4.com.br/

I assume, that you forgot to remove the "force redirect" option for your domain:

=> HOME > Subscription > YOUR-DOMAIN.COM > Hostings Settings > Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS
