Issue rename subscription error

Regular Pleskian
my client from plesk has renamed a hosting and now it does not work and can not be managed, and gives an error.

we have tried with another hosting and the same thing, it seems that it does not let rename since maria DB has been updated... Coindicencia?

how do we fix it?

in the end creating it again works but renaming does not.

I can't replicate the issue. I suggest contacting Plesk support via support.plesk.com so they can investigate the issue directly on your server.
