• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Renew SSL certificate

Erwan

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

I've forgotten to renew a certificate i use for Plesk and default (expiration: 8 october 2016).
I've renew it and make the change in Security / SSL certificates.

But i have always the error message when i load plesk. I've close the window and open a new window but always the error message with the old dates.

I have reload "Secure Plesk" with the certificate but always the problem...

So, i have create new certificate, install it and load "Secure Plesk" but... always the problem.

Where is the problem?
Is it possible to load certificate for Plesk with a ssh command line?

More: we have many display problems. For example, we have a lot of javascript errors: "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE".
It's normal because certificate is expirate but how can we resolve? The new certificate isn't load....

Yes, that's alright if the cert is false or expired.

Procedure to update the host cert:
- Click on existing cert.
- Upload new cert content (CRT and CA-CERT sections) and save.
- Checkmark the cert, click "Use as default".
- Checkmark the cert again, click "Secure Plesk".
- Reload the page and check whether the browser is getting the correct certificate.

If this does not do the trick, make sure that you are using the right CRT and CA-CERT block and not the old data from the previous year.

Thank you Peter but it's the first thing we have made....
The CRT & CA are ok.

We have also recreate the certificate but the result is the same.
But i think when i check the cert and click "Secure Plesk", the action is not performed because there is a lot of javascript error....

When i click on "Plesk certificate" for downloading active certificate, i download old certificate which i have deleted from Plesk certificate list... !!!

Do you know if it's possible to load/select certificate for Plesk with a ssh command line?
Or where is the file for active plesk certificate?
