Our server has been dossing for a few weeks now, we are finding it extremely hard to find the actual script responsible.

Does anyone know of a script or application available which will help track down abusive DOS scripts?
netstat, tcpdump (win version) have been used unsuccesfully. Does anyone have any thoughts they can offer me on this matter?
