[resolved] Plesk smtp stopped working after update to 12.5.30

I received a notice in upgrade that horde would not work when upgrading.

I upgraded, made sure mail is configured.

Using postfix / dovecot

No emails in or out.

Resolved, the services installed had to be manually started in the service management.
