Resourcelimit exceeded mails

I get mails with the following content:

The 'mydomain.tld' subscription, owned by user 'my name', is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:

Disk space: 34 GB limit / 27.6 GB (81%) used / 6.4 GB (19%) remaining

But as you can see, the limit 34GB is not reached. Is this normal or is this something that can get fixed. as im recieving these emails even though since half a year not more space is used.

Hi Uwe,

have you checked within Plesk which ressource exactly is being exceeded?
This does not have to be diskspace.

in the panel its not even showing as exceeding any limits. i added some add-on for the domain +30gb space +40gb traffic.
