restore very slow

When I restore one domain in the plesk, it's is very slow in servers with many domains.

Why? Today I restored one domain only, but it's wait for 30 minutes. The screen show me "reconfigure web service" for 30 minutes...

This server is Dual Xeon 3.2, 2GB RAM. It's have 200 domains.
 
Try to stop Windows Index Service during restoring.
Set flag Do not suspend domain operations = OFF
 
Indexing service is disable.. I set the flag to don't suspend domains operation... But it's slow...

very strange...
