retrieve keys problem action canceled

I have about a week till the keys expire on a server I manage. When I click retrieve keys with IE it produces an action cancelled message. Firefox asks me what program i want to use to open key_update.php. Either way nothing goes through and I cannot retrieve the new keys. I searched the FAQ's and found nothing like this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I dont know why I actually expected to get a response from swsoft on a question. Owned both the windows and linux versions for 2 years now and anytime I ask a question in this forum it gets ignored. Great support guys. Thanks!
