Problem retrieving license keys

I've been experiencing problems retrieving license keys since July this year. Due to this I cannot run or update my Plesk anymore. Port 5224 at ka.parallels.com is accessible from the server.

The error message starts with:
Required white space was missing
at load xml <?xml version="1.0"?>

ending with:
in line 3

A complete copy of the error message has been attached.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
