Retrieve Keys problem

My servers are not able to update the license key. When I went to License Management, Retrieve Keys returns the following error: Key Update Status, License key is not Renewed yet.

My servers are operating Within the grace period of your product license.

How can I retrieve the keys?

I think that it would be better if you contact your sales representative with this question. They will help you with license question much more effectively.
