Resolved Imunify360 Upgrade - licence not working

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian v18.0.76

HI, has anyone experienced this before? I've just upgraded my Imunify to Imunify360 for 30 users - I've done this on two other servers, and once I retrieved the keys in the licenses area, they all kicked in fine, and upgraded.

I've tried to do it via SSH too, but each time it tells me it's all installed, I get this when I click into the feature...



Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi, @weareimpulse . Please try unregistering the license according to:

• https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...fails-in-Plesk-Servers-limit-exceeded-for-key

If the issue still remains afterward, please either directly get in touch with CloudLinux or provide me with the license key in a private message so I can double-check with them.
