• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved Roundcube+ vs. Plesk automatic updates

Hi ChrisH,

your question is to hypothetically, without any decent informations, WHAT you would like to change and to which permissions?
In addition, you miss to tell us your "bad experiences" and you also leave the information about your current used operating system completely out of the question.

The hypothetical response to the hypothetical statement that you are worried about possible updates / upgrade from Plesk, is the recommendation:
If this is really the case for you, pls. SWITCH OFF the automatic updates/upgrades and read the future changelog(s), before you update/upgrade your Plesk version manually. ;)

Well, I must admit that my question is hypothecial. I will try the plugin and see what will hapen. Thanks for your comment!
