RSA server certificate CommonName does NOT match server name

I can't say this is a Plesk-specific issue, but I thought I would try here anyway.

My Apache log has many error messages like this:

RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `<my domain name here>' does NOT match server name!?

I am guessing it might have something to do with www.domain.com vs domain.com? Not sure.

But does anyone know how to fix it?
