Ruby on Rails script only displaying the code, CentOS

I'm still interested in this part:

I have installed Plesk 8.1 with Ruby on Rails and FastCGI support, but the "ruby" command was not working from command line (it was not found).
So I copied it to the /usr/bin directory, then I got it work. Is this normal, or is there something wrong with my setup??

I'm using CentOS 4.4.
Any ideas?
