• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Running my site off an IP

How do I access my files with an IP only?

My files are located at:

/var/www/vhosts/nngnetwork.com/httpdocs/

If i am not wrong you want to browse your website through your ip, then you should have an exclusive ip setuped OR check the site preview through your CP :D

If you ftp to your ip address, the username and password will put you in the right directory.

This will only work if you have administrator access.

You first need to have an exclusive IP address set for your domain. If you don't know how to do this, go to the client's account and click the IP Pool icon. Add the corresponding IP address there.

Change the physical hosting setup for your domain to use the IP. (Client > domain.com > Setup).

From there, go to the server tab and click IP Addresses. Click the Hosting column of the corresponding IP address. Click the radio box and then Set as default.

Should be working.

HTH,
Steve
