Safely Downgrade PHP 5.3 to 5.2

Basic Pleskian
When I installed Windows/IIS (including PHP) it installed PHP 5.3.

Plesk 10 doesn't support PHP 5.3, so I have to downgrade it to 5.2.

What is the best way to do this without breaking Plesk?
 
I installed PHP 5.2.17 and everything appears to be OK

5.3 seems to be ignored even though it's still installed.
