Various members of our team have tried contacting your sales team several times with no luck.

I was wondering whether there is anyway in which you can remove the references to SWsoft (inc. copyright and powered by) within the administration section. If someone using the system could let me know it would be much appreciated.

You can do very various things using Sitebuilder SDK: http://swdn.swsoft.com/en/download/sitebuilder/.
For your task very helpfull can be sections Sitebuilder skins and Localization packs.
Also please write me private message, what problems you had contacting sales team.

Please note that the default Sitebuilder license does not permit removing the SWSoft branding (see http://www.swsoft.com/en/company/eula/), so you have to negotiate this permission separately with your sales representative. Ask them to contact Product Manager in case they are uncertain on how to proceed.
