Scheduled App not installing, how to get it to go?

Hello,

I've set up a plesk hosting account and noticed that I can't access ftp.

So I logged into hspcomplete, selected add applications, chose ProFTPd and chose to install it. However, It has been Scheduled for the past 12 hours but it hasn't installed.

Is there a way to speed this up so that I can upload files?
