Scheduled task runs /usr/bin/php5 but there only is /bin/php5 in chroot

I therefor created a symlink in /var/www/vhosts/chroot/usr/bin that points to ../bin and recreated the chroot for the user, then it works.
I guess this is just a workaround, has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a proper fix?
