• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

Hello all,

Linux 2.6.18-028stab091.2
os_CentOS 5
Panel Version 10.2.0

I would like to schedule the server to run a PHP script daily at 2 am. (I have that file in one of my websites)

I think I am very close, but I do not know what to put in the Command line..

I am in this section of the plesk panel:

Home>Server Tools>Scheduled Tasks

I uploaded an image of the screenshot: http://www.iubik.com/Images/BAS/PLESK.jpg

(furthermore I do not know the directory of the file)

Assuming you have wget installed on your server, you can use the following command:

/usr/bin/wget --output-document=/dev/null http://www.example.com/file.php

It might be wget is not located in the /usr/bin directory, to check where it's located, execute the following command on your server: which wget

Thanks Sanderv,

How do I know if I have wget installed?
If I dont have it... how do I instal it?

Thanks,
Eddie

If the command which wget returns something like /usr/bin/wget, you have it installed. If it isn't installed, the command returns something like /usr/bin/which: no wget in ....

If you have not got it installed, you can install it with the following command
yum install wget
