  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Security Advisor ext. LetsEncrypt

MikeA

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have the Security Advisor extension installed (along with the independent LetsEncrypt extension for normal webspace domains), in the System area of the security advisor it asks to install a LetsEncrypt certificate for the server hostname that Plesk is running on. When running the installation for the SSL it gives the following error (also note my sub-domain DNS is updated):

Any suggestions? Running LetsEncrypt with the LetsEncrypt extension for normal webspace domains works fine, only this installer for the Plesk server hostname fails.
