Security improvments - Protecting from Running Tasks on Behalf of root

Hello fellas,

i got this advice from plesk support after server was hacked, about Running Tasks on Behalf of root.
my doubt is, the crons running (from my clients) will be compromised with this change?
what about the implications? or limitations that can occur?
