self-signed SSL certificates

Hi,

When you create self-signed SSL certificates in Plesk, how can you get the CA certificate? The CA certificate says "Component is missing", however that should be available to user. It poses no security risk. Could I find it somewhere on the machine Plesk is running on?

I spoke to the MediaTemple people and they said it is not available... even though it should be...
I guess the best thing is to create it yourself.
