Selinux and PSA_9.3.0 for Fedora 7

Need suggestions on how to get past install problem. When using either the autoinstaller or rpm -Uvh, I am getting a failure with selinux. Error message shown below:

Failed dependencies:
selinux-policy-strict < 2.6.4-70.fc7 conflicts with psa-selinux-9.3.0-fc7.build93091230.06.noarch

Just remove selinux-policy-strict FC7 package.
