Issue Send a SPAM are blocked Outllok, Hotmail etc..

Hi,

I am desperate and I don't know what to do anymore, they tell me that I am sending SPAM from my server, and I have verified the log and I see that yes, but I do not know how to tackle it. It should be said that I am not a professional.

Any help for see what is the problem?
