unable to send or recieve email
sendmail returned error code 111
 
Usually this error related to uncompleted upgrade procedure. Seems Qmail packages were not correctly updated there. Try to switch to Postfix and to Qmail back with autoinstaller or just reinstall all qmail packages with force.
