Question SEO Toolkit... is possibile an only viewer level access?

Is there a way to allow the access to the extension on Plesk with only a "viewer" mode?
I'd like to give a specific user (marketing/SEO manager) on its host/domain, the access to the SEO Toolkit section but with no possibility to change the settings of the hosting.
