Issue SEO Toolkit - redirects issue

Hi

Hi I'm trying to run SEO Toolkit scan on my server.
But when I try to run the scan I get this msg

> "Cannot start audit: More than 2 redirects are not permitted."

What exactly can I do to fix this?
How do do I clear/delete old redirects?

Please help me.
