Server Configuration Recommendations Needed

Looking for an expert in Linux, Apache, nginx, FPM-PHP, and Plesk to look at our very high end server and give us some configuration recommendations. We are hitting some sort of limits, connection or otherwise, but the servers processors, memory and disk can handle much, much more. We may be missing a configuration somewhere.
