• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Server crashes after mails stuck in queue for seven days

HMnet

Basic Pleskian
Hi @all,

I have this huge problem:
My Server (1&1, Suse 10.2, Plesk 9.01) crashes (system unreachable - only reboot through 1&1 Recovery Console), if a mail stuck in the qmail-queue for exactly 7 days. I think Plesk wants to delete the mail out of the queue and send an info to the sender, that the mail cannot be delivered.
What can I do now? Can I change this period? Seven days are to much.
I don't want to check the mail-queue daily.

Does anybody have a similar problem?

THX for any advice,
HMnet
