Server Statistics in Domain User Mode?

I have searched the manuals and forums for several keywords to attempt to locate the answer to this question, but have not had any luck. Is it possible to allow viewing of server statistics in client or domain administrator modes as in cpanel? To give a sense of assuranceto customer's that the system operating at a reasonable level of activity and a referrence when there is a problem.
