Server Time Error ?

Hello there ppl !
I need some help with plesk.
Well u see i tryied to changed the " Time zone " on my server.
The default was " GTM +00:00 ".
I changed to GTM +02:00 Europe Athens but nothing..
On my servers clock tell me the correct time.. but at plesk the time is wrong..
What i can do about that ?
