Question Service plan sync fails, DNS Master/Sync

Basic Pleskian
We have a couple of subscribers wich no longer sync. Apparently the DNS Master/Slave prohibits a sync.
However when we change the value for DNS Master/Slave on the plan the subscription still fails to sync, see the attached screen shots.

How do we solve these conflicts and get the subscriptions in sync again?
