Hi Me update (8.6.0) to 9 but send error
Service Unavailable

Plz Help For Fix.

try iisreset /restart

Otherwise look at the windows event logs to see why it wont start (application pool problems, file permissions, etc)
 
check the application pool for the website and verify that it is started. if already started try using plesk reconfigurator
