Session Drop Problem.

my reseller package has been installed. i used another package in another hosting. but in this system my all sessions in php has a problem.

the problem resolved in http://kb.swsoft.com/article_150_1631_en.html for windows, but not in Linux.

there is session page that counts how much did you see this page. it count with session. i write the ses_id to screen it produce a sess_id then refresh it produce another one. how can i or my hosting firm fix this problem.
