Issue Session on WHMCS expired in shot time

Hello...

Today i make a new server with plesk 17.8.11 Update #2

And in some the accounts i install whmcs to manage another clients. But the problem is if i stay some time ( little time ) or try create account and etc. the session expires and i kickoff to make login again.

So how to resolve this ?

Have you checked the php session timeout?

Yes, but if i loge now, and in less 30 seconds i try create a account per exemple... i loged out and i need make login again. but if no make any "movement" and just browse the whmcs i never logout, and if i stop and stay without move..... and some time later 15 mim the whmcs stay logued yet

my actual session timeout is 600

PS. in another plesk server with 17.5 this problem no occur, runs without problem.

So, are these two servers suppose to be identical setups?

Compare the entire PHP.ini file between the two, compare both PHP version and PHP handler as well....

i try two diferents solution

i try edit the some itens...

and i try copy and paste the sames php.ini on the old to newset server...


in all cases same problem.

What is the session.gc_maxlifetime setting in your php.ini file?
