Question Set custom SpamAssassin Rules Channel which updated by cron

rabe0577

New Pleskian
Hello,

how can I set or change a custom SpamAsassin Channel which will be automatically updated by the Plesk cron?

The other threads only describe the sa-update command for adding the new channel once. But if only I execute this command, the Rules are not automatically updated. Plesk disables the default cron of SpamAssassin and add a his own cron, located "/etc/cron.daily/60sa-update".

Should I modify this script with the new channel name as an option after the command? Or is there another feature of Plesk to do this. And does not overwrite a Plesk update this script again with the default values? What do you recommend?

And must I compile the new Rules after every new update with the sa-compile command or it is not at all necessary?

Thanks!
