Set FTP disk quotas

Hi:

I will change sys_users.quota in psa database on windows 2003 , to reconfigure FTP quotes with a SQL UPDATE , i will do something like these:

update sys_users set sys_users.quota='419430400' where sys_users.quota='209715200';

If i do these chage i need also set quota on my filesystem (NTFS), how i can do it ? are there any plesk application or script that do these?
How do it internali when I change quota in panel?
