Setting a default template on new accounts

Hi,

When I setup a new account and log in the default template that is displayed is personal-018 Is there somewhere you can set what the default should be. In the design section while the list starts at aa-03 (I have all templates) the Preview example in the upper left is personal-018 for some reason.
