Setup .Net Framework 3.0 failed

Hi all!
I have a Win 2003 Server x64 Standard Edition SP2.
When I try to install the .Net Framework 3.0 (dotnetfx3_x64.exe) I recevie this error:

[10/02/07,17:12:18] WIC x64 Installer: [2] Error code 1603 for this
component means "Fatal error during installation."
[10/02/07,17:12:18] WIC x64 Installer: [2] Setup Failed on component WIC x64 Installer
[10/02/07,17:12:20] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates WIC x64 Installer is not installed.

So I have tried to install the WIC component (wic_x64_enu.exe) but I have another error:

WIC Setup Error
Setup could not verify the integrity of the file Update.inf.
Make sure the Cryptographic service is running on this computer.


Sure, in my services the Cryptographic service is started normally...

Any ideas?
I need help... please...

Hi, I have the same problem, my vps is windows 2003 server sp2.

My plesk version is 7.6

The errors message is the same also when I try to install .net framework 3.0

plesk 7.6 support this versions of framework ?

any idea ?
