Shared SSL Button Not Showing

We recently upgrade from 8.0 > 8.2 hoping to be able to take advantage of built-in Shared SSL. We cannot find the Shared SSL functionality anywhere in the UI.

Anyone else having this issue? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Our clients have a need to run CGI and PHP through our Shared SSL domain....if anyone has a "manual" method of implementing Shared SSL please let me know as well!
