Shared SSL Question

Hi Guys,
I'm looking to provide my clients with a Shared SLL area. From my limited knowledge of setting this up it seems that I could setup a domain on its own ip and then create web users for the individual clients that need SSL. Will this method work or is there problems with doing this?

Any help much appreciated

they don't mention doing it the way I mentioned. Can anyone say wether this will
