Issue Sheduled Task Fetchurl 404 Not Found

Hello everybody,
I have now updated Plesk and Debian. Plesk at 17.8 and Debian at 9.
So far, everything went smoothly, except for the cron job. This points to a URL but is not found (404).
This cron job worked perfectly in the old version. Unfortunately I can not find the mistake and hope you can help me.
