Should I upgrade 8.0.1 to 8.1.1?

Ok, I have Plesk 8.0.1 running on my server. I see that there is upgrades to 8.1.0 and 8.1.1

Should I try these upgrades, or is it going to wreck my control panel?

Obviously I should backup first. Other than the psa database, what files do I need to backup?

Anything else I should know first?
 
I meant doing updates thru the CP. There is no changelog.
 
Just about every upgrade I've tried doing with Plesk has resulted in a disaster of some sort. I just don't trust the bundled updater utility. Until SWsoft gets their act together, you'll probably have less headaches by just staying with the version you're currently on.
