Should i upgrade? (security reasons)

Good afternoon,

I got a server which has been running excellent on plesk 8.1 for about a year. I was wondering if i should upgrade to 8.2 or a newer version. I mean is it possible that the 8.1 version contains security leaks that are fixed in a newer version?

Each new version does contain some new security features and general bug fixes yes, but who knows what security holes each new version does introduce.

In general I would recomend to upgrade yes
