Hi,
Is there a way of creating a web page, and allowing users to purchase a hosting plan and have Plesk auto-provision the hosting space and send the emails etc?

I'll be using Umbraco 8 and possibly Merchello.

I'll have my own VPS or dedicatted Windows server - I won't be hosting PHP sites. I understand that WHCMS has stopped providing their software for Windows machines.

There is no billing system shipped with a Plesk installation package. It should be installed separately.

Plesk can be managed via API requests and therefore can be integrated with any billing system that is able to communicate by API requests.

Plesk has integration with billing software such as WHMCS, HostBill, BILLmanager and Blesta. For more information, visit official websites of these software providers.
