  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

We would like to offer our clients (Australian ISP's, Hosting companies) the ability to process payments made via the Plesk Automation Platform.

We applied to become a partner but have not heard back within the time-frames that Parallels commits to on their Partner Application page (2 business days).

What's the deal here? Is there someone on the forums we can speak to about this? We're getting no reply from our Local Australian office, nor Headquarters in Seattle.

Has anyone else been through this process? How long does it usually take?
